2002 34' Bayliner
KEEPING ALIVE A TRADITION THAT WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1834

Here we have a 2002, 34' Bayliner.  The boat was delivered with a factory bimini top.  We, at Champion, had to prep. the top, then create a custom enclosure.  Optical clear vinyl was inserted into the Sunbrella(R) template to create the most stable enclosure possible.  Although wasteful, it is the secret for creating the longest-lasting enclosures.

We maximized the visibility as much as possible by minimizing the hem size.  Also, we did not want to take away from the lines created by the radar arch, therefore, we attached the enclosure to the arch with tracks.  It is a more exact procedure to create an enclosure via tracks, but the effects were worth it.
